• Partner with senior leaders to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of HR, from workforce planning to employee relations.
• Ensure adherence to the Government Sector Employment (GSE) Act, managing public sector employment policies effectively.
• International Workforce Management – Navigate the complexities of managing a diverse, cross-border workforce.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers, providing expert HR advice.
• Deliver presentations, facilitate workshops, and influence key decisions at all levels.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Government experience required.
• Experience across different jurisdictions
• Extensive generalist HR experience in complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of the GSE Act and public sector employment practices.
• Ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
• Experience in workforce planning and HR strategy development.
• A proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills.

MUST HAVE clear police check, Australian Permanent Residency or citizenship and reside in NSW.
