Administrator
Location: Forster
Rate: $30 - $35 an hour + Super (pending experience)
Type: Part-time ongoing contract
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm
Your new company
Hays has partnered with a local aged care facility located in Forster. They take pride in taking care of their patients, residents and clients. They are seeking a well experienced administrator to assist in the daily operations of the business.
Your new role
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, residents and staff
- Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
- Receiving and sorting mail and delivery
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Providing information and assistance for enquiries
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in administration.
- Previous experience in the Aged Care sector or similar (highly desirable)
- A high level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs
