We Care Staffing is a leading Service Provider in in-home support and community care and partnering with many health care organizations in Victoria, ACT, and NSW. We are currently seeking Casual Personal Care Assistant / Assistant in Nursing to work with our clients across the mentioned locations. Job Type: AIN / PCA - Casual

Location: Morwell, Traralgon and surrounding areas

About the Opportunity

• Providing care in accordance to resident individualized assessed care needs.
• Reporting all incidents and changes in resident behaviour's in a timely manner to RNs
• Complete all activities related to Residents Care documentation Plans and ensure high compliance with relevant documentation processes
• Participate in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of services

About You

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:

• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care / Disability
• Minimum of 6 month's work experience as PCA / AIN within residential aged care, home care.
• Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff
• Strong passion for working with the elderly
• Valid police check
• COVID vaccination + Flu vaccine 2024
• NDIS worker check
