About the role

Davis Data and Electrical is seeking 2 x skilled and experienced Electrician to join our Construction team in Brisbane. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality electrical services for our diverse range of commercial construction projects. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of an established and growing company dedicated to providing exceptional workmanship and customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a wide range of electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs for commercial and residential properties
• Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical issues
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Collaborating with project managers, clients, and other tradespeople to coordinate and complete projects efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Qualified Electrician with a valid QLD Electrical Licence
• post trade tickets are great, but we can get you through the training needed
• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial and/or residential electrical construction
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
