About the role

JJR Electrical Services is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team in Meadowbrook, Queensland. This full-time role will involve working on new home construction projects, ensuring all electrical installations meet industry standards and regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Completing electrical installations and maintenance for new residential builds
• Reading and interpreting plans and technical diagrams
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical issues
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes and safety regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications as an Electrician, such as a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician
• Experience working as a qualified Electrician, preferably on new construction projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and relevant building codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
