We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals to build and manage a medical recruitment desk.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Placing junior doctors into predominantly locum positions throughout Australia
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Providing excellent service to doctors seeking work
  • Working with clients to understand staffing issues and provide solutions

About the Role

In this role, you’ll take ownership of your recruitment desk, developing strong client and candidate relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your focus will be on growing your network, identifying new business opportunities, and successfully placing doctors in locum roles.
