Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and success of our operations, ensuring each order is fulfilled accurately and promptly.

About the Role:
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and reliable Pick Packer to support our fast-paced order fulfillment process. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team in a rapidly expanding business!

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack orders in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure correct products are selected.
• Operate warehouse equipment, walk behind forklifts, pallet jacks, and waves, to support order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Restock shelves with incoming inventory and ensure products are properly organised and easy to locate.
• Unpack containers of incoming stock and assist in organising and storing items in the warehouse.
• Assist in the organisation of stock and inventory management to optimise warehouse operations.
• Ensure that all orders are properly packed and labelled for safe delivery.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Energetic and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training can be provided if necessary).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus, but not essential.
• A passion for motorcycles and the off-road lifestyle is a bonus!

Location & Hours:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Based in Vineyard, Northwest Sydney.
