About the Role

As a Warehouse Assistant - Picker Packer, you’ll be at the heart of our fulfilment team, ensuring that every order is packed with care and sent out accurately and on time. You’ll assist with stock management, order processing, and warehouse organisation, helping us deliver the best experience to our customers.

This is a physical, fast-paced role, requiring efficiency, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Order Fulfilment

• Picking, packing, and wrapping customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and dispatching orders using an online shipping platform
• Printing and attaching shipping labels

Stock & Warehouse Management

• Receiving and putting away stock
• Assisting with stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy
• Entering stock and order data into our system

Warehouse Operations & Safety

• Keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and safe
• Ensuring safe work practices at all times
• Assisting with other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Coordinator or Management

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Experience

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or pick/pack role is a plus
• Familiarity with e-commerce shipping platforms is beneficial

Skills & Attributes

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to use basic shipping and data entry systems
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
