About the role

Rapid Reid Roofing, a leading roofing contractor in Mackay, QLD, is seeking experienced roofers to join our team on a casual basis. As an Experienced Roofer, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of high-quality roofing services to our diverse range of residential and commercial clients across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Safely and efficiently installing a variety of roofing materials
• Performing roof repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks
• Collaborating with the team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and others on site
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client concerns

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a roofer, with a strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address unexpected challenges on the job
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently when required
• A commitment to safety and a proven track record of working safely on construction sites
• Reliable transportation to reach job sites across the Mackay region
