Maxima's Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced Leading Hand for their Civil Construction client with work based around the Springfield Lakes and Logan areas.

This position will see you working Monday to Friday with some Saturdays when required with OT and daily travel allowance paid. Hourly pay negotiable depending on your experience.

Casual with the view of permanency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities for the crew
• Assist in planning daily operations
• Work alongside the crew to complete daily tasks
• Provide training and support to team members
• Ensure WHS regulations are adhered to
• Conduct regular toolboxes

About You:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a civil leading hand
• White Card
• Current driver's license
• Plant tickets with experience operating
• Good knowledge and understanding of WHS procedures on work site
• Hands on leading hand
