Meals on Wheels SA (MoWSA) is seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to support and enhance our commitment to delivering high-quality services to our customers.

About the Role

As the Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with aged care standards, legislation, and regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across MoWSA. Reporting to the Executive Team and working closely with the senior management team, you will develop and implement an effective quality framework that enhances service delivery and consumer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a quality framework and governance systems.
• Monitor and review existing processes to support quality-based service delivery.
• Provide strategic advice on legislative, contractual, and quality compliance matters.
• Facilitate adverse outcome and complaint investigations.
• Oversee internal quality assurance reviews and audits.
• Maintain policy registers and support policy development.
• Deliver quality-related education and training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Analyse quality review findings and implement improvement actions.
• Build and manage effective relationships across the organisation to drive quality improvements.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional with a strong background in quality management, risk management or project management. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and lead change effectively.

Skills & Experience

Essential:
✔ Qualifications or significant experience in Quality Administration, Risk Management or Project Management
✔ Strong leadership and change management skills
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret legislation and regulations
✔ Professional writing skills for policy and procedure development
✔ Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
✔ Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and in a team
✔ Positive attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Desirable:
✔ Understanding of the community/aged care sector and volunteer-based organisations
