The Role: We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to support and manage a team of mechanical fitters in our workshop. You will be instrumental in ensuring that high-quality work is completed safely and efficiently, including overseeing the repair, overhaul, and testing of underground coal development equipment. With a full pipeline of projects, we need a strong leader to guide our team through this exciting phase.

What We Need From You:

• Trade qualifications (Mechanical Fitter)
• Recent experience working on underground mining equipment
• Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing
• Current driver’s license

• Leadership skills: Experience managing a team, delegating tasks, and ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
