APS3 and APS4 Data Entry Officer

We are seeking 15 experienced APS 3 Data Entry Officers for a full-time, temporary role starting 1st April. This position supports critical data remediation and case processing tasks as part of a major government initiative. The role offers flexibility with remote work options, though candidates must be available to attend capital city offices if required. Active Baseline security clearance is mandatory. The Data Entry Officers will assist in a range of tasks related to data remediation and case processing.

These include:

• Working with internal teams to address data remediation incidents/defects using established procedures.
• Administering data remediation and updates to records and processes in alignment with current system frameworks.
• Updating provider information and other relevant records in key systems during the transition period.
• Supporting communication campaigns and contract management.
• Investigating data issues identified through other support channels.

What you'll need to succeed
This position will require a baseline security clearance. You must have a baseline security clearance to be considered for this position.

You will also need:

• Previous experience in a data entry or administration position
• Proven intermediate or better skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proven attention to detail
• Candidates must be tech-savvy and IT literate.
• Independent problem-solving skills
