About the role:-

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Banking and Finance Lawyer to join our well-established and busy Commercial Group.

In this role you will work closely with our Corporate and Real Estate teams to provide strategic and practical advice on a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions in both the corporate and property finance space.

The successful candidate will:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of banking and finance experience.
• Team focused but also excels working independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet competing deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Have a commercial mindset and prioritise client satisfaction.
