About the Role
* Lead and manage a team in a high-end, custom jewellery showroom
* Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience
* Oversee daily operations, including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising
* Monitor and achieve performance targets and KPIs
* Develop, coach, and motivate a team to reach their full potential
* Foster a positive and supportive team culture focused on excellence
* Work closely with the senior management team to implement strategies for growth

About You
* Proven leadership experience in a retail or showroom setting
* Skilled in team performance management, KPI tracking, and coaching
* A humble and approachable leader who creates a positive team culture
* Background in custom-made jewellery preferred but not essential
* Ability to work flexibly, including one weekend off per month
