Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience across the full SDLC.
• Veteran of multiple projects, teams, and situations.
• Language and platform agnostic, with a passion for fostering a learning culture.

Languages & Frameworks:

• At least 5 years working in medium-sized corporate web application development teams.
• Strong experience with Django/Python.
• Skilled in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Svelte, and Angular.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.

Build / Test / Deploy / Monitor / Support:

• Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong in unit, integration, API, and end-user automation testing, including TDD.
• Highly experienced in operating, monitoring, and supporting production systems.
• Familiar with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Architecture / Design:

• Experience with queues and designing for loose coupling and high cohesion systems.
• Familiar with design patterns and anti-patterns, knowing when to apply them.

Culture / Leadership / Delivery:

• Proven ability in code reviewing, technical mentoring, and peer reviews.
• Skilled in coaching less experienced team members to navigate challenges successfully.
• Experienced in leading complex software projects from initial concept to production.
