About the Role

We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Gold Coast-based service team. This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced professional who enjoys troubleshooting, maintenance, and working on advanced machinery.

This opportunity is open to local candidates and those interested in relocating to sunny Gold Coast. For the right applicant, Spartan Group is willing to assist with relocation costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of Tower Cranes, Hoists, and lifting equipment.
• Develop, modify, and repair electrical panels and circuits.
• Conduct commissioning and testing of completed electrical projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all electrical work.
• Travel to customer sites and provide on-site support as needed.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Grade QLD Electrical Licence (mandatory).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of complex systems.
• Current LVR/CPR Certificate.
• High-Risk Work Licence (EWP highly desirable).
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A current QLD manual driver’s licence.
• Commitment to safety and promoting a safe work environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as required.

Experience with overhead cranes or lifting equipment will be highly regarded.
Junior electricians with a QLD Electrical Licence are encouraged to apply.
