About the role

We are seeking experienced and talented tradespeople to join our team at MCP Oz Pty Ltd. This full-time FIFO role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of construction, mining and building projects, including Modula & transportable structures, carpentry, plastering, flooring, patios, carports and providing general trades assistance. FIFO / DIDO EX Perth.

We require the following roles to be filled

• Carpenter / Supervisor
• Plasterer / Painter, finishing of joins, coving, plaster repairs etc.
• Roof Plumber / Patio / Shed Builder
  

What you'll be doing

• Carry out carpentry work, including framing, installation of fixtures and fittings, and general joinery
• Build patios, carports, and other outdoor structures
• Perform plastering tasks, such as mixing and applying plaster, sanding, and finishing (Minor Painting)
• Provide general trades assistance to support the completion of various construction projects
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, following all relevant health and safety protocols
• Residential / Commerical / Mining / Remote Sites.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a carpenter, patio builder, plasterer, or trades assistant
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to high standards
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• A keen interest in the construction industry and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
• Previous experience in a shift work environment. Rosters (8/6,7/7,14/14,14,7)
• White Card, HRWL, Truck License, Working at Heights, First Aid Certificates.
