AHP Healthcare are seeking a seasoned leader with at least 8 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, or Speech Pathologist, to join our team and play a pivotal role in growing and scaling our business as a 'NDIS Clinical Lead'. This Melbourne-based position offers a competitive salary up to $150,000 + Super, and we’re open to flexible work arrangements – whether full-time or part-time (4 days a week), based on your preference.

In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, drive business development efforts, and use your well-established network to support the expansion of our services within the NDIS sector. Role and Responsibility

• Help Scale and Lead a Clinic and Community Based Allied Health Program with the full support of the existing management team.
• Provide high quality processes and compliance
• Provide appropriate and effective programs to clients
• Facilitating reviews, compiling reports and service reviews as required for the NDIS
• Manage regular client and staff contact
• Growing a team of Clinicians Nationwide

Requirements

• Must have appropriate registration with AHPRA/SPA
• Must have formal Qualifications as an Allied Health Professional
• Full working rights in Australia
• Current National Police Check
• Must be passionate in the NDIS Sector, helping and assisting people to live their best life
