What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting interviews to assess participants’ skills and job readiness
  Creating tailored job plans to support individual career goals
  Referring participants to relevant employment-focused activities
  Explaining our services and participant obligations in a clear, professional manner
  Assisting participants in setting up an online Career Profile

What You Need to Succeed:
