Our reception/administration team are at the forefront of our practice and are the first point of contact for all our clients and stakeholders. Friendly and professional service is of utmost importance to our practice thus we are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our team.
The focus of the role is to provide leadership, encouragement and support to the practice's reception/administration team whilst ensuring the provision and maintenance of high-quality service to our clients and high working standards for the team.
You will be working with a highly experienced team and will have support in your role from the management team. Our practice has a great team culture, and our reception/administration staff work closely with a team of experienced health professionals and disability support services.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 38 hours over Monday- Friday.
Do you have what we are looking for?
- Previous experience in a Team Leader Position with responsibilities ranging from inducting, training, support and appraisal of new employees is highly advantageous.
- IT savvy and confident using a wide variety of digital communication platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Significant customer service experience from a busy in-person/phone environment.
- Must be able to assist with problem solving regarding computers, printers, etc
- A professional, solutions focused attitude with skills in managing patient feedback and complaints, de-escalating situations, and improving customer satisfaction
- An unflappable personality with the ability to handle pressure in a busy practice
- Experience with basic Xero (debtors, reconciliation & raising purchase orders)
- Experience in managing and maintaining internal and external relationships
- Exposure to management software/systems such Power Diary,HICAPS, PRODA, Work-cover Qld, NDIS & Medicare portals is desirable
- A well organised, systems-orientated skill set and approach, with the ability to multi-task and a meticulous eye for detail
- Have high interpersonal and communication skills with patients and colleagues
- Marketing & growth generation-Ability to identify marketing and promotional ideas to enhance the service provided to clients is desirable
- Understanding the NDIS system is a BONUS
