What you’ll be doing:
Walking into our multicultural centre you’ll smile, as the early morning sun shines across our nature escape. When the door opens, you’ll smell the nutritious homestyle meals while greeting your little ones. You’ll then lead the close-knit team of educators, to ensure our children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You’ll promote our ‘School ReadY’ program, manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families. At the end of your shift, you’ll walk out the door (still smiling) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.
You’ll be great in this role if you…
- Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care
- Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
- Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
- Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
- Previous experience in children services, developing and implementing programs for 0-to-5-yr olds
- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
