Are you passionate about marine engines and keeping boats in top condition? Curtis Coast Marine is seeking a full-time Marine Mechanic to join our Gladstone-based team. We provide top-quality marine services, from boat sales to mechanical repairs, and we're looking for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for the water.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain marine engines, outboards, and inboard motors.
• Perform regular service and maintenance on a variety of boats and marine equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective repair solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of all services and repairs completed.
• Assist with ordering parts and managing stock levels for repairs and maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repair needs and progress to customers.

About You:

• Qualified Marine Mechanic with relevant certifications and licenses.
• Strong experience working with a range of marine engines, particularly outboard motors.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain marine engines and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment commonly used in the marine industry.
