We are seeking someone enthusiastic and reliable to join our team, ideally the successful applicants should have a basic level of computer understanding to operate our sales system. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with our customers
• Greet and assist all customers with professionalism and warmth
• Handle basic administration tasks
• Prepare quotes for customers
• Answering phone calls and emails.
• Lifting objects (items can often be heavy)

Skills and Experience

• Good verbally and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer knowledge
• Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to wok well in a team and communicate efficiently
• Ability to pick, pack and load stock

Requirements and Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Forklift qualification preferred but not required
• Experience in the pluming industry would be desirable but not essential
• MUST be able to work Saturdays

Working Locations:

We have two locations currently available, however we would prefer a candidate that is willing to work between our stores once training is completed.

• Labrador or Tweed Heads South
