Australia Visa Link has several registered migration agents that specialize in school application, student visa, skilled and business investment immigration, employer-sponsored visa, partner visa, and visa refusal appeal. We provide professional migration and education advice while applying for courses and visas.

Due to consistent business expansion, we are seeking experience registered migration agent to join our professional team. The suitable candidates must be mandarin speaker.

Daily duties and responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients and providing advices on education pathways, visas and application procedures, visa application document preparations etc
• Communicating with clients, the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, skill assessment organisations, Administrative Appeal Tribunal and other stakeholders/ organisations regarding cases, advice and consultation
• Preparing visa lodgement documents, reviewing online and paper-based visa application forms
• Guiding migration agent assistant in documents preparation.
• Providing phone consultation to clients, and contacting existing clients on regular bases before and after visa lodgement.
• Preparing visa applications and accompanying statements of protection claims, for lodgement with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection

Ideal applicants:

• We welcome applicants from countries such as Vietnam and Thailand, Chinese Speaker prefer.
• Welcome candidates with multilingual skills, such as Vietnamese, Thai, and other languages.
• At least 2-5 years experience in/ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of Migration Act and procedure with MARA license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time and priorities effectively and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
• Mature and stable personality with leadership abilities
