Landscape Maintenance/Gardener Labourer or Apprentice Position (2 Positions available) - Salary $55,000- $70,000 + super

(Apprentice position will be at apprentice wage rate.)

Our Maintenance Team leader is looking for someone who is/has:

Punctual and reliable, values their time and Brocor's time.

A Positive attitude and a desire to get the best outcome out every job you do big or small.

Likes to keep busy and always moving.

Has driver's license.

Has some previous work history to understand the importance of showing up to work on time.

Obviously, an interest in horticultural industry, doesn't need to have any experience just a willingness to give things a try and learn.

Some knowledge of work health and safety with the priority of keeping yourself and the general public safe at all times.

Openness and a commitment to do an apprenticeship if they have the desire to do so.

We are construction and project management landscapers specialising in education, aged care and commercial builds. Work site locations across South East Melbourne.

You will be responsible for:

• General gardening and landscape maintenance
• General horticultural tasks
• Operation of mowers, brush cutters, edging and hedging machinery
• Other activities including pruning, weeding, watering, planting, mulching and chemical application

Essential requirements include:

• Drivers license
• A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised and within a small team
• A customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong safety, environment, and quality focus
• White Card
• Working with Children's Check or the ability to obtain one.
• Police check or the ability to obtain one.
