About the role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at VRC landscapes in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, VIC 3000. As a full-time position, this role will involve hands-on work contributing to the successful delivery of our landscaping projects.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the preparation, installation and maintenance of landscaping elements such as gardens, lawns, irrigation systems and feature elements
• Operating landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Participating in the loading, unloading and transportation of landscaping materials and equipment
• Collaborating with the wider landscaping team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

What we're looking for

• Some prior experience in a landscaping, horticulture or construction role (min 2 years)
• Proven ability to work safely and efficiently with landscaping tools and equipment
• Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Current driver's licence and reliable transportation. Manual MR Licence preferred.
