Description
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to capture market share in Australia and expand into New Zealand.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with EPCs, utilities, and end-users to secure new project orders and maintenance contracts.
- Collaborate with the Johannesburg technical team to deliver tailored engineering and estimating support for customer projects.
- Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities within large industrial sectors such as power generation, mining, refining, and more.
- Represent IWC at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand awareness and establish market credibility.
- Provide expert technical consultation to ensure optimal design, procurement, and performance of cooling systems and related services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Profile
- Proven experience in industrial refrigeration, fan equipment, and cooling system technologies, with a background in heavy industries like mining, power generation, or refining.
- Strong technical aptitude to design, procure, and optimize cooling solutions.
- Exceptional sales and cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to build relationships from scratch.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach in a dynamic, growing organization.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with international technical and engineering teams.
