About the Role: We are seeking a team of dedicated and skilled Customer Advisor – Claims to join our client in Brisbane CBD. Our client prides itself on its people-first methodology coupled with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering clear information and support to claimants
• Employ strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex cases and deliver optimal outcomes
• Exhibit resilience in handling challenging situations and maintaining a positive attitude

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in a corporate customer service role, that requires problem-solving, and administration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• High level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a claims advisory is highly regarded
