Due to growth we’re on the hunt for a highly driven Business Development Manager to join their team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the conversion of strong warm leads, achieving targets, proactive client management and forecast accuracy whilst driving adoption/usage with customers and prospects. This role is a highly lucrative phone based sales position allowing you work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
About the role:
- Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to report on market activity and insights, forecasts, opportunities, upcoming tenders and sales strategy
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through response to strong warm leads, follow up and conversion
- Build on your knowledge of products and the competitor market
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through the proper use of sales tools and the understanding of the sales process
- Ensure CRM is maintained daily with client communication, opportunities and threats
What we’re looking for:
- Track record of over-achieving quota in a current or past sales position
- Minimum 4 years sales experience new business development or lead conversion
- Ability to identify client needs and solution sell
- Ability to manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly
- Ability to manage high end professional negotiations
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client relationships
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft suite and Hubspot)
- Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong desire to succeed professionally and financially
