The Role
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented estimator to join the team of 3. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate cost estimation, competitive tenders, and successful project outcomes. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to develop precise costings for a diverse range of fit out and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for fit out and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors.
• Analyse project drawings, specifications, and contracts to determine scope and cost factors.
• Source and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop detailed cost breakdowns, budgets, and tender submissions.
• Identify potential project risks and value engineering opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to refine budgets and ensure cost control throughout project lifecycles.
• Keep up to date with market trends, material costs, and construction methodologies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an estimator in fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of hotel, retail, medical, health & wellness, and office project requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Excel.
