Your Role:

We warmly welcome you to our team! Your position is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe journey for our commuters.

• Welcome customers (provide information, provide assistance and manage specific situations)
• Respect safety rules (vehicle inspections, traffic regulation, routine checks, safety regulations and procedures)
• Manage passenger ticketing (ensure OPAL validation and assist as required)
• Managing operational documents (route map, timetable, reports)

• You'll be making a significant impact on our customers lives by:

About You:

• Valid full Australian driver's license with a safe driving history.
• Willingness to undergo background checks (driving history, medical, criminal, work rights, work references).
• Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current NSW Bus Driver Authority Card or willingness to obtain (we’ll help).
• Available to work shifts five days a week, from Mon - Sat.
• High level of English skills (verbal and written).
• Full Australian working rights.
• Live within a reasonable distance to our depots.
