WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT FIT?

• Qualified and experienced as an automotive mechanic (3 years minimum)
• Diagnostic expert - pinpoint issues with precision
• Strong fault-finding skills - solve problems others can’t
• Ability to work as part of a team - collaborate and excel
• RWC and A/C licence would be an advantage but not essential
• Current full drivers’ licence - ready to hit the road

YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE:

• Precision Repairs & Diagnostics - Perform repairs efficiently, diagnose faults accurately, and maintain vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Road Testing & Quality Assurance - Conduct road tests when needed and perform quality inspections before returning vehicles to customers
• Clear Communication & Documentation - Liaise with the 2iC and Service Manager, complete accurate paperwork, and report machine defects
• Maintain a Professional Workspace - Keep tools and equipment in top condition and ensure the workshop remains clean and organised
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends - Continuously update knowledge to adapt to evolving automotive technology
• Work Schedule - Monday to Friday with a rotating 1-in-2 Saturday roster
