• Qualified Technician - VOLKSWAGEN

Applicants for this role need to have previous experience with Volkswagen, or similar exposure with other European Brands in a Franchised Dealership.

You will need:

• Proven experience undertaking minor and major maintenance & diagnostic work to the highest quality standards.
• Working closely with the technical team, ensuring correct steps are taken to problem solve faults.
• Able to adapt to the ever changing technologies across a wide range of vehicles
• Ability to mentor/ provide guidance to junior technicians
• To be passionate about the Volkswagen / European Brands.
• To be reliable and have a great work ethic.
• Take pride in your ability to problem solve / fault find
• To be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Great organisation, planning and time management skills.
• A genuine belief and understanding of Customer Satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with mandatory factory training
