About the Role
The Manager, Assets and Administration role supervises a small team to ensure the delivery of a range of property-related services. These include contract administration, facilities, fleet, parking and security management, the accurate and timely administration of property sales and approvals, investment processes and reporting.

The role provides information, advice and assistance regarding OH&S and safety measures, property transactions, leasing arrangements and residential relocations of Uniting Church ministers. The role supports good governance and ensures timely and accurate administration of the Property Application Review Team activities and papers (leases, sales, purchases, construction activities, financial approvals for capital or revenue expenditure, proposal reviews).

This is a full-time ongoing role.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
• Tertiary qualifications related to property, business administration, contract and/or facilities management essential
• At least 5 years in a similar role within a large organization.
• Experience managing a small team in a dynamic work environment.
• Working knowledge of real estate process, legal and statutory requirements in relation to operational facilities, fleet, leases and purchase and sale transactions, tenancy regulation and relocation processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of OH&S and building safety requirements.
• Have the right to work in Australia in a full-time continuing capacity.
• Undergo a national National Criminal History Check before commencement.
