The Role
In an exclusive partnership with our client, we are seeing a passionate and results-driven Sales Associate / Client Advisor to become an integral part of the Sydney boutique team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. Your role will also involve assisting with inventory management, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the boutique operates seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a VIP customer database.
- Conduct daily stock counts and participate in regular inventory checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including aftersales support.
- Follow brand-specific luxury selling ceremonies.
- Manage aftersales services, including repairs and follow-ups.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably within the watch or jewellery industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance suitable for a luxury retail environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
