Scott Lovatt Container Cartage is a fast growing transport company that has been around for 10 years and are now in need for Warehouse Labourer to join our warehouse team. The days required are Monday to Friday day shift with potential overtime.

Your Duties Include but are not limited to

• Guiding a range of freight from steel bundles to coils & flatpacks onto trailers / warehouse staging areas.
• Manual handling (cleaning containers / prepping containers for unpack)
• Handling paperwork for container unpacks (checking off packing list to ensure all freight is accounted for)
• Assisting truck drivers and forklift operators with tying down loads on trailers
• Ensure photos are taken as required throughout the unpack process
• Assist in keeping the cleanliness of the warehouse up to company standards
• Follow safe workplace procedures and comply with company policy

Job Type: Casual - 3 month probation period followed by review for permanency

Salary: $30 per hour

Schedule:

• 8-10+ hour shift (depending on work load)
• Morning shift (6am-2:30pm) with variation
