The Mobile Podiatry Practice based in the Brisbane Inner North suburb of Clayfield is looking for an experienced receptionist with administration skills to work in a busy Podiatry practice with an immediate start.
The position is a full-time position Monday to Friday.
Duties include:
- Answering the phones and managing email enquiries
- Scheduling appointments, managing logistics of In Home appointments, managing patient records and collecting payments
- Sterilising of Podiatry instruments (training provided)
- Word processing, data entry and scanning
- General administrative/office support to the Podiatrists, other admin staff and the practice
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (essential)
- Experience with Eftpos and Hicaps
- Experience with practice management applications (desired)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise duties and be organised
- Ability to work autonomously and enjoys working with others
- Ability to speak clearly and confidently with a friendly and patient manner
