The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, this role will be a full-time position based from home, however there will be some team workshops requiring attendance in Melbourne CBD.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generate and optimise leads + conversion of warm leads into sales
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, focusing on achieving business growth and target acquisitions
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback
• Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback

Skills and Experience:

• Prior Sales / Tele Sales experience
• Ability to work autonomously at home (must be based in Victoria to attend team workshops)
• A positive “can do” attitude + Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build rapport - you need to be comfortable to pick up the phone and have a chat
• Confident manner and eager work ethic
• Must be Melbourne based to attend workshops and team training
