Our Client is a leading manufacturer and provider of innovative products and solutions, serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients globally. With a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, they are at the forefront of technology-driven advancements.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer – they are seeking a dynamic and experienced commercially orientated Chief Financial Officer with strong finance and manufacturing experience within either a listed or family business with a revenue between $150 – 400m.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
- Develop and execute the company’s financial and IT strategy to align with the overall business goals;
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and board of directors on financial, operations and IT matters;
- Provide leadership in digitising the business, budget management, financial forecasting, and analysis;
- Drive profitability and cost-efficiency initiatives across all departments;
- Support the CEO regarding commercial needs within operations and business reviews, to increase the commerciality of decision making;
- Oversee all aspects of legal and financial management, including accounting, tax, risk management, and reporting, this includes the direct involvement of management of property leases and supply and purchase agreements;
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Manage cash flow, capital expenditure, investments, and capital structure to ensure financial health and liquidity;
- Lead in conjunction with the CEO the annual strategic planning processes and evaluate growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships;
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and IT Teams.
- Strong strategic, problem solving and analytical thinking skills / abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in engaging Boards with the business financial data;
- Proficient in accounting and finance software and tools, (D365 desirable);
- Exceptional collaborative capabilities as well as a growth mindset
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field, CPA qualified, MBA preferred;
A remuneration package of base salary, superannuation, car allowance, and a performance bonus commensurate with the seniority of position will be offered.
