As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and profit goals by creating a plan for your department to deliver an exceptional customer experience, in line with the store's objectives.

You will ensure your team is strong and supported through development efforts, succession planning, talent development, and structured performance management based on results, values, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly analyze and follow up on sales and profit KPIs for your department, collaborating with the visual merchandising team to take action that maximizes sales.
• Drive membership programs in line with country goals.
• Ensure your department consistently meets company standards and follow up using the Customer Experience Tool.
• Collaborate with your visual team to ensure the successful implementation of the Commercial Handbook.
• Evaluate and manage the performance of your team; provide regular feedback, execute performance development reviews, development plans, and follow up to improve performance and foster team growth.
• Actively work with a talent pipeline within your department to support business and store needs.

• Previous leadership experience with a proven track record in driving commercial KPIs, team development, and the ability to delegate, provide feedback, and coach effectively.
