Paramount Browns' Gepps Cross are seeking additional Sales team members with happy approachable personalities and excellent people skills. Due to the diverse nature of Paramount Browns, we are looking for individuals who are driven to increase knowledge and skills across a wide range of hardware products. Weekend Casual Sales positions also available.

Requirements:

• A passion for customer service
• Highly organised and process driven
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Driven to develop product knowledge with petrol powered machinery and hardware
• Hardware sales experience preferred
• High level of computer literacy

Your main duties will include:

• Front Counter point of sale operations
• In-store customer service
• Arranging customer orders / quotes in person and over the phone
• Weekend supervisor responsibilities
• Stock replenishment

Your weekly hours will include on a rotating roster:

• Monday to Friday (38 hrs)
• 1 or 2 days per month weekend overtime
• 1 RDO per month (optional)

The position has the security of full-time hours with a minimum of 38 hours per week plus additional weekend overtime and permanency for the right candidate.
