Job Title: Packer/Process Worker - Soap Manufacturing Plant

About Us: We are a leading soap manufacturing plant located in Cromer, NSW. We specialise in producing high-quality soap and liquid soap products for a wide range of customers. We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Packers/Process Workers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare finished products for distribution.
• Operate and monitor soap and liquid soap production lines.
• Perform quality checks on finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform general manual labour tasks as required, including lifting items weighing 15+ kg.

Requirements:

• Must have full Australian working rights.
• Availability to work 8hr shifts Monday to Friday, between 8.00am - 6.00pm.
• We are looking for someone who can commit to 4 - 5 shifts per week.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Attention to detail, especially in quality checking finished products.
• Must live locally to the manufacturing plant.
• This position is suited for someone looking for stable, long-term work
