The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our Brisbane-based team. This role requires advanced knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and the ability to assess and resolve building issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections to assess damage in residential (units and houses) and some commercial properties.
• Interpret client requirements and ensure their needs are fully understood.
• Accurately gather and document site information for quoting and project execution.
• Develop clear and precise scopes of work and methodologies for repair projects.
• Provide cost estimates using provided systems, procedures and rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating My Repairbuild’s values and commitment to quality.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to incorporate their insights into the quoting process.
• Ensure timely completion of quotes and meet sales targets.
• Assist in sourcing reliable, licensed subcontractors.
• Stay updated on changes to the National Construction Code (NCC) and industry developments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in renovations and/or building repairs.
• QBCC Licence (Trade, Builder, or Supervisor) – current or previously held.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience across various construction methods.
• Strong estimating experience.
• Familiarity with Prime Ecosystem Software is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Valid Open Driver’s Licence with a good driving record.
