This award winning, industry leader in luxury residential homes is currently looking to appoint an Estimator to the business. Their projects are absolutely stunning (some of which are designed in house by their architect) and vary from $1m-$6m, all of which are custom and one-off. This is a rare opportunity to work with a brilliant business who will welcome you with open arms from day one.

The candidate required for this position ideally has 5 + years experience in Estimating residential homes. This role is an integral part of their team and you will work cohesively with their Project Manager, Director & internal team! The focus of this role is to service the team and their projects, no two projects are the same.

• Good communication skills, ability to liaise verbally and electronically with designers, engineers, contractors and supervisors.
• Strong time management skills
• Must enjoy working in a team environment
• Accuracy in numbers
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to work whilst under pressure when experiencing tight deadlines
