About the role

CIEE is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the educational experiences of our in bound US Study Abroad programs. Reporting to the Centre Director, you will be responsible for providing high level support to ensure seamless and efficient Centre operations.

What you'll be doing

• Providing on-site support and assistance to students, ensuring a positive experience
• Organising and facilitating engaging cultural activities, excursions, and social events to enrich the students' time in Melbourne
• Providing exceptional administrative support including communications, social media, finance, and logistics to ensure the smooth running of all the programs
• Maintaining accurate records and data related to student participation and collaborating with teams to plan, implement, and evaluate program initiatives
• Serving as a point of contact for students, fostering open communication and providing guidance as needed
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our student programs by offering innovative ideas and feedback

What we're looking for

• Degree in a relevant field, such as Education, International Relations, Business, or other related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in a student services or program coordination role, preferably in an international or educational setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with student information systems
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a dynamic and ever-changing work environment
• Passion for enhancing the student experience and contributing to their personal and academic growth
