About the Role:

As the Educational Leader(2IC) you will support the OSHC Director to manage the day-to-day operations of the Service in line with the policies and procedures. You will take the lead in Quality Area 1 and best practices. You will guide, coach and mentor a dynamic team of educators to deliver tailored programs that reflect children's voices, interests, and choices

Desirable knowledge and Experience:

• Sound Leadership skills and energetic and proactive approach
• Previous experience as an Educational Leader or Room Leader in an OSHC or early childhood setting.
• Ability to relate well with children, families and staff
• Knowledge of the NQF and MTOP

Required Qualifications (as approved by the ACECQA):

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or relevant Degree level qualifications
• Have valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid etc.)

The OSHC after school program operates during the School Term from 2:45pm to 5:45pm Monday to Friday.

Vacation Care operates during school holidays from 7:45am to 5:45pm Monday to Friday.
