Century 21 Central West PARKES is in growth mode, and we’re on the lookout for passionate, driven, and organised individuals to join our team! We have positions available in our Parkes office:

Reception
Property Management
Sales

Receptionist (Parkes)

This role is ideally suited to candidates looking for casual or part time work with 'school hours' also available.

In this role you will need:

  • Strong admin skills - organised, thorough, systems orientated with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Computer literacy and touch typing skills
  • Liaise with the Property Managers and Sales Teams
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email
  • Ability to use Google suite of products, and a variety of cloud based real estate programs
Property Management (Parkes)

In this role you will form part of the Parkes Property Management team:

  • Liaise with clients, managing maintenance, leasing
  • Inspections (entries, exits, routine inspections and open homes)
  • General administrative tasks
  • Ability work within a portfolio of properties and work within a team
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain excellent customer focus
Sales (Parkes)

In this role you will form part of the Parkes Sales team:

Assisting with listing and selling properties
Coordinating property marketing & advertising campaigns
Managing client databases & booking appointments
Answering enquiries and inspections
Delivering high standard of service

To be considered, you will need:

  • Real Estate experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
  • A valid driver licence and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A positive attitude, be reliable, professional, well presented and have strong time management skills
  • Current Certificate of Registration/License or willingness to obtain
