The Role

• We are seeking an experienced HC Driver with Prairie and Flat Top Steel Experience
• Based on customer site in Acacia Ridge
• Loading and Preloading Trailers - Tube Steel delivery to customers as required
• Must have experience with Steel
• Ratchet Straps used for load restraint, no dogs and chains.

$32.00 per hour plus super - Overtime etc as per award

Key Duties will include but not limited to:

• Drive vehicles in order to transport materials to and from specified destinations, using the most practical and time efficient route.
• Carry out pre-start checklists
• Obey traffic laws, and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
• Ensure vehicle loading / unloading in done in a safe manner, as per customers procedures.
• Ensure load is restrained, as per load restraint guidelines.

The minimum requirements for this role are:

• Minimum 5 years driving experience.
• Have good communication skills and presentation.
