About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Dispatch/Receiving Clerk to join our team at S&R Cool Logistics Pty Ltd in Homebush West, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate dispatch and receipt of goods, ensuring our supply chain operations run smoothly.

What you'll be doing

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying orders, generating documentation
• Managing and coordinating outgoing and incoming procedures, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
• Labelling of all incoming pallets
• Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any delivery or receipt issues
• Support the warehouse team with general receiving, put-away, and order picking tasks as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar dispatch or receiving role, preferably within the logistics or warehousing industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
• Sound understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes
